The agreement

By using this site or joining the list, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you pay the optional deposit, you also agree to the founding-member terms. The operator is [Legal entity name — REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING]. Contact hello@plumbping.com.

What the product is

PlumbPing is booking and follow-up software for plumbing businesses. It is not a phone company, not a carrier, and not a replacement for your phone line. You keep your number. We do not port numbers. The planned product texts back people who called the business and, after hours, uses software to capture the job and send a booking link.

That product is not live on customer lines in this phase. Joining the list does not turn it on, and it does not start a subscription.

Pricing, when service actually starts

• Setup: $199, once, only if you start.
• Standard: $79 per month, 100 AI minutes.
• Busy season: $149 per month, 400 AI minutes.

An AI minute is time the after-hours assistant spends on a call. Plans are month to month. There is no annual contract. We will not bill minutes beyond the included amount until an overage rate is published on the site. Prices can change before launch. We will email the list before the first subscription charge. Nothing on the pricing section is a contract by itself.

The assistant is not your plumber

The after-hours assistant, when it exists, collects job details. It does not diagnose, quote, or dispatch. PlumbPing is not an emergency service. Gas, fire, medical emergencies, and anyone in danger need emergency services and a person. You are responsible for how your shop follows up.

Messaging

You agree that caller texts, once the product is on, go only to people who called the business. Messages will identify the business and include STOP. STOP means no further texts to that number. You will not upload a purchased list or ask us to text people who did not call. You are responsible for how your shop’s name and offers are described in those messages.

The phone number on the waitlist form is yours, so we can reach you about the list. The consent checkbox is for that. It is not permission to text your customers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form, attempt to break the site, or submit someone else’s information without authority. We can remove a signup that looks fraudulent.

Deposits

The optional $49 payment is a refundable founding-member deposit for booking and follow-up software for plumbing businesses. It is not payment for phone service. Refund timing, the target launch date, and what the deposit is credited toward are in the founding-member terms.

Disclaimers

The site and the calculator are provided as-is. The calculator is an estimate from the inputs you type and the published figures described next to it. It is not a promise of revenue, and it is not a measurement of your phone line. The target text-back time of about 60 seconds is a product goal, not a service level we are offering today.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages arising from this site, the calculator, or a waitlist signup. If we are liable for a deposit, the limit is the amount you paid us and we have not refunded. Governing law

REVIEW: these terms are governed by the laws of [State of formation — REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING], excluding conflict rules, once that state is filled in. Courts in that state are the venue, if a lawyer agrees that choice is appropriate.
